Metro North ABE serves almost 4,000 students a year. While all students come to us with aspirations to thrive, some students face financial barriers to reach those goals. To help support students we created a fund for expenses beyond education. The purpose of the Metro North ABE Fund, as a Directed Account within AHEF, is to support meeting students’ academic needs including but not limited to funding student scholarships for the GED or graduation ceremony, participating in field trips or special classes, or offering unique projects to a whole site.
